In order to externally transfer your INCNT follow these directions ensuring you are using a Waves compatible walle-we recommend Waves Lite Client. Make sure you have completed your profile, including adding your date of birth.You must also have a verified email address AND mobile (cell) number connected to your Incent account before being able to send or transfer to an external wallet.
- Go to Incent Loyalty
- Sign in to your account
- Click on the my account menu
- Head into the settings menu
- Click on the transfer out option
- Enter your external wallet details. Make sure the details are entered correctly, For example, make sure that there are no spaces at the beginning or end of your address.
