If you do not have passports and driver's license, you cannot complete account verification using the automatic process. You need to provide the following to the customer service in order to complete the manual AML procedure with the subject headline: Manual ID verification .
1) Certified copy of at least one photo ID from category A
2) Secondary ID from other categories that make up 100 points. Please refer to the attachment for the full list of 100 points ID documents
3) A high resolution Selfie of yourself hold the photo ID
Please email those 3 documents to customer service and we will verify the account for you.
