When can I receive donations?

To receive donations you must be a verified streamer. In the top right of your dashboard click on the shield symbol to check your verification status. For details about how to become verified streamer read this article.

If you are not verified and you think you should be,  we suggest you contact one of our discord admins.

You can send donations to any verified streamer from your Incent wallet. Donations can take up to 5 minutes for a streamer to receive due to our caching policy.
